Fritz F. Bösch, owner of Bigla AG and former president of SwissCycling, the Swiss cycling association, seeks to share his passion for bicycle racing with young female athletes.

In 2008 Emil Zimmermann received the opportunity to elaborate a concept for the promotion of junior female cyclists. The junior training program he proposed was well received by Swiss Cycling and Swiss Olympic.

The bigla cycling team stands for "sportive femininity" and this should – together with Bigla office – be portrayed and celebrated.
